I currently live here and Marcheen, the manager, is just the best. She's always been kind and understanding, quick to address any concerns that we've had.

I lived here one year 2015-16, and had the best experience. I work nights so having a place that was peaceful was a must. The manager Marshene is what that place needs. If you're paranoid about your activities then this isn't the place for you. It's good to have managment involved and aware. I felt safe and protected there. I just had to leave this review after seeing the bad ones written. I was checking rentals for my son and came on here, thus me seeing the reviews.

To many restrictions and nosy people

If I could give zero stars I would. What a miserable place!! Elderly people will not allow children to be in the pool. They all just sit around the pool in chairs and complain. Apparently families cannot live here. Man told me “get ‘it’ out of our pool, it’s contaminating the water” referring to my 10 month old, who was properly dressed for swimming with a swim garment on. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. We pay for amenities like the pool but then are run out by elderly men and women who apparently hate seeing children swim and enjoy their childhood. Kids are respectful also and were not running, yelling or splashing. An old man with a walker was even taking photos of the minor children on his phone and would delete them even though no permission was given to him to take pictures of our kids. This is a very sad excuse of people hating others for no reason. Management was contacted and said kids could swim but never would come and tell the old people complaining it was ok. Also, elderly had drinks in the pool even though sign states no outside beverages or food. But they obviously only abide by rules that benefit them. Please do not consider this apartment if you are a family or have children under 16. Authorities will be contacted and this will be reported. Children’s rights were violated and also age discrimination was made very apparent.
