My family just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment earlier this month. Ms. Ivory did a wonderful job in assisting us with whole rental/moving process (showings, paperwork, lease signing, moving day). Any issues or concerns were addressed quickly by her and Mr. Vann and his maintenance team.

My husband was able to be approved for a townhome at The Quarry last July. We had to move from a newly constructed home we were renting to buy since 2008 after moving our family from Chicago. In 2021 our investment landlord and friend became ill and passed away. His sons were not interested in his legacy to the many individuals and families who were affected and we all suddenly lost our housing, anticipated piece of the American dream and we found ourselves suddenly homeless and displaced. The housing market had also drastically changed and we were met with stringent FICO scores, hundreds of dollars of non refundable fees for housing we did not receive and new rules of the ability to pay2-5 times the rent depending upon the location . From July 2021 to late 2023 all of our savings and income was spent staying at extended stAys, hotels, motels, and losing money. We found a housing agency Open Doors thAt accepted us as clients and immediately they found us housing at The Quarry Complex in Stonecrest. The apartments and townhomes were beautifully renovated and the leasing office is gorgeous. They have excellent security with over 100 views of the properties. The management staff and the leasing agents are like family. They are professional but they are very friendly, empathetic to the needs of their tenants and are concerned with getting you approved for your choice of housing. We moved into a townhome in October 2023 and it has been a lifesaver. We are safe, we have a beautiful renovation plan and everything is new,. The security is always present and if you need maintenance you can get service immediately to your needs. We hope to stay here at The Quarry until we become self sufficient again and have the ability to become homeowners again. Our teenage kids are safe here, you can walk or take bus to shopping and eateries or walk. The Quarry has a full laundry room with multiple machines if needed. They have a business center, workout center, pool, playground area and grill area for tenants. The staff is always very helpful and kind and you never feel like you are an intrusion. I wish we had found the Quarry when we first lost our housing but it was not our season yet. Thank you to all the staff that helped us with our housing situation and making sure we feel comfortable and welcoming here.
