Living in this community was the best year of my life. This place was the epitome of a family community. I loved my neighbors when I lived at Fisher. I am often the type of person who becomes besties with the person next door because well, you're sharing a patio so you might as well enjoy a cup of coffee together. I saw the same faces every day and before long we were meeting up at the community dog park every evening, and the grills every weekend like clockwork. There were countless nights spent on different neighboring back patios sharing laughs over a brew under the stars. I would move back here in a heart beat. My last week in the community we did a big Fisher Fam grill out. It was bittersweet and I cried many tears saying my goodbyes to everyone. Even on move out day, everyone showed up to lend a hand as I packed my UHaul. I will remember my time here forever. Thank you, Fisher Fam. About the Staff: Nicole Rice was the manager when I lived at Fisher. Nicole and I loved to talk about her love for Cats (I'm a fellow cat momma) and she always approached every conversation with joy and empathy. She was kind, receptive, and willing to do anything she could to make my life easier as a resident. Andres was the resident maintenance man. I cant tell you how many times I ran into him on his rounds in the complex. He was such a kind man and was quick to help with any request that you needed. She might even help you hang a painting if you asked nicely. His family lives in the community so he cared deeply about his neighbors quality of life. Thank you, Andres! The Amenities: The dog park is simple but a great spot to have in the back since there is no fenced lawn. The best dog park in all of orlando is just a walk across the street so the community is amazing for dog parents. Couldn't ask for better. There is a beautiful pool great for kids swimming or adults lounging. Thee community grills are well maintained and have very nice timed lights that go on in the evening. There is a boccee ball course near the grills for evening games and a bike rack in the community for those that like to trek around Baldwin. The Location: A GREAT location! I would bike, walk, or drive to downtown Baldwin park many evenings in the week. I loved going for morning walks on the weekend with one of my neighbors to grab coffee at the shop in town. The Tactical Brewery has Drag Bingo every Tuesday so many neighbors and I made that a weekly tradition. Located next to a cemetery so, the neighbors are quiet. The cost: If you can afford it, its worth every penny. The apartments are HUGE. I mean, what other 1/1 is almost 700 sq feet in Orlando? I literally could have fit 2 queen beds side by side in my room and still fit my dresser with room to walk. (I often dud this and put an air mattress next to my bed when guests came. It was really comfy and like a big slumber party) If you live downstairs, expect to hear your neighbors. But also you picked a downstairs apt so you cant really complain.

I love the pool here! The apartments are beautiful and Laura was awesome to work with through the leasing process. They have smart home technologies and you can text the agents with questions and put in maintenance requests in the app making it super easy.
