Garages are available, they are detached manual garages, and are currently running at $60/month with a year lease. Residents may have up to two pets, There are some breeds restrictions. There is a $350 non-refundable fee and $35 pet rent per month for each pet as well. Our application fees are just $25 per adult. There is a $350+ security deposit that is fully refundable within 30 days of move out minus any move-out charges, with approved application. Tours are available Monday through Friday.
