Garages are available, they are detached manual garages, and are currently running at $60/month with a year lease. Residents may have up to two pets, which must be spade or neutered current on shots with veterinarian proof in our office. There are some breeds restrictions. There is a $350 non-refundable fee and $35 pet rent per month for each pet as well. Our application fees are just $50 per adult. There is a $500 security deposit that is fully refundable within 30 days of move out minus any move-out charges, with approved application. Tours are available Monday through Friday. |
