Apt in a home where owners currently occupy, 2BD/1BA, on separate AELP meter for heat/hot water Driveway is steep and difficult for cars to get up the hill to the home - AWD or 4 WD is helpful. SLOW coming down the hill in icy weather due to possible sliding. Exter parking 2 cars on right side of house, tenants maintain their cars and parking space. Owners plow the front of the build straight to the playground only. The rest is the tenants snow removal. 12/18/25 - currently furnished and was an AirBnb at one time Owners provide - WS, trash (in garage & taken down the hill by Owners) Tenants pay for - electricity including heat/hot water, cable/internet/phone, do snow removal
