The apartment is fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped. Fresh bed linens/towels and kitchen/toiletries starter kit provided. The bedroom includes a queen bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Access to the full bath is through the bedroom. Both the living room and bedroom include smart TV's. Guests will also enjoy fast WiFi and in-unit washer and dryer. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. A private driveway located in front of the unit can accommodate two vehicles. Guests will access the apartment through a gate and keyless entry to the front door. Apartment is separate from the main house. You may see my husband or myself coming and going with our chocolate lab grand-pup!
