I have had a very positive experience living at The Waterford Mandarin. The property is consistently well-maintained, with clean and attractive common areas that enhance the living experience. The staff, particularly Ms. Kim, have been outstanding in their support. Ms. Kim's kindness and helpfulness have made a significant difference; she is always approachable and attentive to any concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its excellent management and welcoming environment.
