Thank you everyone for all you do...you are amazing!! My mom and I enjoy living here at Xander 3900 Apartments so much. The new management has done a wonderful at taking care of everything here at these apts. Thank you Nick for all your hard work, and especially for going out of your way to help me out withthe microwave light and such. I so appreciate your promptness. Keep up the wonderful work you do.

I had a great move in experience, the office staff are 10/10 April is who helped me most and she is absolutely wonderful. She helped me with my jetty deposit kept me in the loop about the whole process, even had a move in care package waiting in my new home with some cleaning supplies, soap, scrubby brush, even t.p. and paper towels. The apt is great, perfect size for me, upgraded appliances, nice flooring, bathroom is great. The community and pool areas are nice, very clean and well kept. For a first time renting all on my own this place is awesome, close to 2 parks and any shopping within like 1 mile. 10/10 would def recommend to anyone.
