It’s almost been a year living here and I have enjoyed it. There’s a small stream in front of my building that is very peaceful to listen to on the bench on a nice day. I live in the bottom floor so moving in was easy and since it’s almost sound proof, I don’t hear people walking over my head. It does get very cold in the winter because of the draft from the vent connected to the control room on the patio. It’s quiet for the most part and the maintenance crew is great. I also love the valet trash service. The bathroom and kitchen could use some updating but overall, I don’t have many complaints.

Living in Briarcliff North has been a great experience! It’s quiet, the area is perfect, it’s around so many food spots, grocery stores, & entertainment places! Maintenance responds fast most times it’s the next day. Easily accessible leasing office staff. Roxanne is very helpful with any concerns you may have. They have valet trash & many open parking spaces. No mice or bugs. Pet friendly if you have pets. This has been my first place after moving out & it’s been such a great experience my husband & I have renewed our lease twice so far.
