Apartments are maintained well. Staff is easily reachable and responds quickly. Building has secured doors-a plus for women living alone. There’s a nice dog walk area, and generally you cannot hear your neighbors. Perfect place if you don’t have much stuff!

I’m a new resident here and can’t say enough good things about this place. Move in was super easy! Andrea went above and beyond to make my move in possible on short time schedule. Love the new finishes and appliances-stainless steel and granite in bath and kitchen. The number one reason for living here though was the secure building with interior apartment entrances where, as a woman living alone, I feel very safe. My puppy loves the bark park and paw spa! Very pet friendly. Can’t say enough good things. Love the fact that ALL utilities are included-even Spectrum cable and WiFi internet, so that I truly have only one payment for the month. ***UPDATE*** I am now on my 3rd lease at The Studios at Patchen! I’m still just as satisfied as I was shortly after move in. Everyone from our Manager Justin to our Maintenance person Brian are great! ***UPDATE*** I am now in the middle of my 5th lease at Studios at Patchen—obviously my feelings haven’t changed about my apartment home. Still loving the all inclusive rent concept and with the use of the website for rent payments it couldn’t be easier—even allowing for automatic payment monthly. All the staff are great and keep things running smoothly. I highly recommend this Cowgill property.
