Located at 366 Richland Ave in Athens, Ohio, just minutes from Ohio University, our fully furnished student apartments give you a private, locking bedroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of space to hang out with roommates. Take a dip in the pool, hit the fitness center, print for free in our 24-hour computer lab, or catch the shuttle to campus. Pets are welcome too, with roommate matching and private leases available. University Courtyard is also a proud partner of Ohio Athletics, so we’re cheering on the Bobcats right alongside our residents, from game day at Peden Stadium to every season in between. This place is truly amazing! amazing amenities and even more amazing staff! the pool and study room are wonderful options when i don’t feel like being in my apt all the time! the staff is so helpful and very personable! and on top of that they host events and give out prizes that are amazing! i couldn’t have found a better to live during my time here in athens
