This dude never fixes stuff, it be big rats outside and its been a big hole outside where raccoons go inside it and all you hear is rattling. Raccoons be in the trash. Stuff never gets fixed , it usually be a whole 5 weeks waiting on something to get fixed. I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY to stay here !!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the absolute worst run down apartment complex. Showed us a really clean nice one, signed a lease, and put me in one where the shower doesn’t work, the heat doesn’t work and the heat and air people said they wouldn’t even touch it because it’s too much of a liability so he pulled an old part out of an empty apartment and replaced it with that. Raccoons live in the ceilings. And the outlets in my living room haven’t worked for two weeks and they still haven’t been fixed 0/10 recommendation

🚨 SECOND REVIEW 3 years later under new management: still the same review 0 stars. The new management is no better then the last. Put in 3 maintenance request 10/28 (they never looked/check, 12/22 ( they marked order completed and once again never entered my apartment), 12/28 (waited till 1/10 to let me know they lost the key to my apartment and god knows who else.. 1/12 they sent the maintenance guy to my apartment with flex seal to COVER UP THE MOLD.. not fix cover up. He even looked at it and said that’s very bad. I have mold in my daughter room and in the kitchen. The air unit has been leaking since the tornado hit 3/23. They sent someone to paint over that. If I were you I would choose project housing over these apartments no joke. Can’t leave to heat/air on to long it starts make weird loud noises. Would really give 0 stars. I moved in in October showed me a really nice model apt signed least got keys. Same day looked at my apt and went back with I list of things that was not right was told will be fix before I moved in which was 3 weeks later.. nothing was fixed.. blinds are nasty never was replaced.. the patio door can’t be open do to being off track never came to fix the bliss over the portion door bent and nasty never replaced. Kitchen light when you turn it on it’s dim have to use flashlight or wait 10/15 mins for it to pop fully on, no cover over kitchen light fixtures. Kitchen doors half way attached. The Screen window in the dining room hanging off never fixed. The half bath toilet isn’t seal properly have had two leaks pour from the bottom of the toilet.. the hot water tank up stairs busted and destroyed everything in my daughter’s closet.. they won’t replace the carpet or cut the damage dry wall out and replace it. They called their self sucking the water out the carpet and putting fans under the carpet to dry for two days. Came removed the fans (carpet still soaked) and laid it back down.. never heard from them agin until two days later I had to call cause now the room smell like mildew and animals.. do to raccoons rats and squirrels running through the wall all day and night.. god forbid you go to the dumpster there’s huge gofer rats and raccoons everywhere.. was told only thing he can do is dry the carpet and disinfectant it cause now do to the water damage and smell I’ve found maggots.. and was told it was something I must have done.. I’ve never had maggots since living here or at my last house.. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was your last option try a shelter first.
