Very nicely kept property! There was a pool long ago, probably better than the grass that's there now. No parking cameras or security. Great quiet location though. Rent should be cheaper based on age and thin floors and walls. Nice and basic expensive place if you want to live close to Denver. Off of two easy bus lines, the 38 and 44 that go west or deliver you downtown.

Its a vary nice apartment complex secured locked doors to the apartment halls but there out door pool is being filled in so thats a bummer but nice place though
