Mr. Larry is the maintenance man now and we have lived in Miramar for 4 and we haven't had ac and he has come out in less than two weeks and fixed everything even the window in my living room has been out for 3 years and he fixed and did a great job. Him and his crew are lifesavers to these apartments. Thank you Mr. Larry and crew finally a nice apartment. We. Thank you so much.

I lived at Miramar for about 6 months at first I was not very happy with my apartment because of the maintenance, but now that they have a new maintenance supervisor, I love living here He fixed my apartment on his first day here and now I love my apartments. Tanya and Rosa are very professional. They have put up with me when I have came in really upset and helped me with a smile on their face! I love Miramar! I will be referring people over for sure!!!
