Manager Josh was great. He was helpful when I needed answers to our questions. He is very polite and respectful. All tenants of the apt are good. Not too much noise, just some kids that are loud, and pets can be annoying when barking. Something to consider, it is located directly next to the City of Arvada maintenance building. During snow storms, the streets dept will empty their snow trucks at night right behind the building. The beeper when backing up will be annoying. There is only one AC wall unit to cool the entire place. It doesn't really work that well. The AC unit is quite loud, and you constantly need to run it to feel any sense of relief during the intense summer days of Colorado. It will be HOT in the building. The building is quite drafty as well, at least our unit was. Location is great! It is a very manageable walk to Olde Town Arvada, great access to the Ralston Creek Trail, and quite close to very nice Arvada Parks (Ralston Central & Memorial). Maintenance responds quickly. BRC itself is a fairly big property management service. We had a serious leak in the apt coming from the roof. I started to request a fix to maintenance in the late fall, probably sometime around early November. Constantly had to battle the leaking ceiling the entire winter. I probably requested them come to fix the issue about 4-5 times throughout the winter and spring. BRC also lacks in communication a bit. They never seemed to inform you on what was going on in the building. I can remember one day they needed to let us know that the water was going to be shut up from 9 until further notice. No running water at all. I had to hear from another tenant about the water being turned back on. Nothing was sent out in email or text.

Apartments are decent and cozy with an amazing view. However, the company that manages this place, BRC Property Management, does a very unprofessional job maintaining Maple View and also their other properties. Go look at BRC's reviews to see the years of many many horror stories. Very small parking lot here, one spot per unit yet neighbors will take 2 or 3 spots every night and also have our guest parking filled up as well and BRC management will just ignore you if you complain about it and beware because they will also tell your neighbor that it was you that made the complaint! So you are not guaranteed off street parking as they advertise nor laundry on site. Maintenance is a joke with BRC. Does have laundry on site but it has been out of order again for months and property management does not care.
