Homes feature modern layouts, with select ADA-compliant units for accessibility. With just eight homes across two buildings, residents enjoy a close-knit neighborhood feel while being part of a larger mission—where housing, community, and sustainability come together. This 2 bedroom home is ADA compliant and features one level living. Your home includes a spacious living/dining room, kitchen, mechanical/laundry, full bath (shower), and 2 bedrooms. As these units are new construction we do have a pending opening target date of mid- September. Utilities included in rent: Water, Sewer, Gas, Electric, Garbage, and Internet We are a pet friendly community for animals 40lbs or less. Copies of vaccination reports and a photo of the pet are to be provided to management before the animal can live on the property. A pet deposit and monthly rent is required for all non-ESA pets. Renter's Insurance is required by move-in. Security Deposits are equal to first month's rent and are due to be paid in full in order to secure an apartment. Each person over the age of 18yr that will be living in the home will need to fill out a separate application. $50 Nonrefundable 1x fee for each application to be submitted.
