We relocated here in May and have been very pleased with our decision. Sarah and Darien have been exceptionally kind and supportive throughout our transition. While Kim is no longer with the company, she was instrumental in assisting us with selecting the ideal apartment layout. The maintenance team here is truly outstanding and surpasses any other maintenance team I have encountered. They respond promptly to any issues and have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. Jonathan, in particular, has been exceptional in coordinating repairs that require contractors. The contractors themselves have also been excellent and efficient in resolving any concerns. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with our experience here. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping. We appreciate the convenience of having numerous shops and restaurants nearby while still residing in a tranquil setting. The office team actively organizes events such as food truck Fridays and holiday celebrations to foster a sense of community among the residents. In conclusion, this is an excellent and secure place to reside.

I would honestly like to thank them for being VERY HELPFUL from the start and making my first move in really EASY and COMFORTABLE! The maintenance crew has always been on Point and flawless when it comes to helping every time! I've locked myself out multiple times been through rough times and they have worked with me with the FLEX PROGRAM! The pool is Amazing and the gym has helped me loose 70 pounds since I been here 💪🫡 so yeah . 5 stars !
