I have been living at Briarwood for over 10 years. I love the peaceful quiet setting and I’ve made lots of friends. The owners, Jill and the maintenance staff are wonderful. They are very responsive whenever there is a problem. The pool is an added bonus over the summer. It's beautiful, relaxing and a great place to meet and get to know your neighbors. The location is wonderful, being central to schools, shops and transportation. Overall, a fabulous place to call home!

Jill and the rest of the staff at Briarwood are wonderful! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and newly renovated. The maintenance work is always extremely quick and efficient. It was amazing that they were able to get the pool open for us this year. Not many pools were able to open in New York this year, so we were very fortunate enough to have such a great staff to allow us to enjoy the pool this season!
