Ladies at the main office are always attentive and quickly respond to any questions or concerns that I've had. Our building is always well maintained. The ladies at the office also do a small gift for every holiday which is very nice they take the time to do for all of us who live here.

I have lived here for almost 3 months and my building (1025) is pretty quiet and I love the peaceful view from my window. I also like that I'm directly across the street from Hinkston Park! Management was understanding and very helpful about the issues that arised while trying to get approved for the apartment. They answered all our questions. "The Grand" floorplan is worth the price but wish the bedroom was a little bit bigger so we could fit a queen size bed and have enough space left over. Also wish the ceiling fan was located in the bedroom instead of the dining area but other than that I have no issues with the apartment. Living room, dining area and kitchen are very spacious! And we have extra storage closets for both my partner and I to store our things. I am disabled so I am grateful to have access to an elevator since we live on the 2nd floor. Also love the huge windows in the building so when I step out of the apartment and go out by the elevator I can see outside! The location of the apartments is pretty decent, and management seems to be good at making sure we're safe. Maintenance gets stuff done pretty quickly! And the building cleaning ladies are nice! We have easy access to transportation, plenty of shopping areas/ stores, grocery stores, recreational places, and restaurants! If all things remain the same I plan on calling this place home for a long time! Out of all the places I've lived in my whole life, Imperial Tower Apartments is my favorite so far! So glad we decided to rent here out of the other places we were considering!
