My family and I have lived here for almost a year. I must say that I’ve had nothing but the best experience here. Nikki Copeland has helped us tremendously since day 1. Literally since day 1. She has been my go to girl for everything apartment related! The community is quite, barely ever see neighbors and when we do, they are nothing but nice. We have a 2 year old, and everyone we cross paths with are really friendly to him as well. Today, I had to put in a work order, and I received help with that very quickly! Two work orders were put in, and they were completed by the time we got home from work. Very impressive I must say. I am very surprised that it was done within the same day! I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone, and I make a point to mention it when people say they need a place to live!

My boyfriend, Tyler, and I love living here- we've lived here for about a year now and have had nothing but good things to say. When we came to tour, Nikki answered all of our questions and made sure we felt at home. She took an interest in us as people which I appreciated. Upon moving in, I was surprised how quiet it is- you cannot hear your neighbors through the walls! Every maintenance request we've submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently by people who are friendly and invested in you. The off-street parking is great- I've lived places before where parking is so restricted and you need a parking pass for every car that comes to visit, so I appreciate that there is no assigned parking and plenty of spaces for those that live here as well as any guests! I'm thankful I can park directly next to my unit every time I come home. Overall, we love it here, we feel safe, respected, and at home- I highly recommend Copper Hill!!
