Its home. Recently remodeled. Has microwave, no dishwasher. Hardwood floors, bath tub/shower, studios and 1 bedroom, 2 handicap apts. 2 Laundry facilities available on property. Parking lot, security cameras, coded security doors and dog park with bags. Right on the river. Has new management team running it and that has allowed misc improvements. Close to downtown fun. A block from the library. Great location!
