Update: new management fired everyone. Nothings getting fixed, we have homeless in our hall ways (they took the lock off the doors). They don't give af. Seven missing packages in the past month! I'm moving out after years of loyalty. ZDO NOT LIVE HERE: THIS IS THE NEW FEILDS! I've been here over two years. The current management team: Rachel lol, she, herself is a team. She will message everyone in the community about anything and everything via email and text far before deadlines. She responds quickly to any and all requests or concerns. She listens and will work with you (within what the company allows) Our current maintenance team is responsible and responsive: if you place your needs in the online portal they will get it done and with skill and tenacity. Any problems I have or may have are answered. Many of the negative comments you see are from people who have been given so many chances its ridiculous. I'm talking fron 2700$ owed to fights and disturbances in the parking lot or building when we all had enough in the buildings. New management is making sure hoosers can't rent. This complex has effectively recovered and is a place I may renew for years to come. Absolutely apritiate our team: they are here for us and understand we front the bill. They give so much respect but also expect you to follow community guidelines. Thanks ashburn team you have made a great home for me.

This place is a slum, owned by slum lords. It is not safe. Students should not move into this complex. It is mostly low income families who live here. There are no locks on the building doors. I catch homeless people on my Door Camera wandering the halls at all hours of the night. The complex has had 3 managers in the 2 years that I've been a resident. Obvious drug deals going on throughout the day in my building, loud noise throughout day and night. Roaches / mice. It's gross. I honestly do not know how the city of Carbondale allows a place like this to stay open.
