Wow. Visited 3 other retirement facilities. This one by far should recieve 10 star score. STAFF Noe the GM was a fantastic welcome committee to the place. Along with Yvette Sales Dept who worked the numbers my parents were capable of fitting their lifestyle. The Activity Director absolutely amazing! ENVIRONMENT/RESIDENTS The place has such a joyful, caring and friendly environment....even residents were walking up and greeting us. They were so happy and delightful. 3 BIG MEALS My parents & I were invited to have lunch twice (our two day visit) Kassy our server was on top of everything. Water, coffee, dessert? The meal itself is LARGE portions. And the taste...OMG. BOTTOMLINE Heritage Village makes me want to retire and move in. What a wonderful place. What a great staff. What a way to retire!!!
