In December I found out that my landlord had decided to move her daughter into the home I was living in & instead wasting my money on paying her rent i decided to move. I was overwhelmed & wasn't sure what I was going to do, especially with the holidays coming up money was tight. I reached out to multiple apartment complexes & got the runaround or the deposit/move-in was expensive. BUT then I reached to to California Palms & spoke with Jerry! He didn't hesitate to set an appointment for me to check out the unit available & even stayed passed working hours to wait for me, on a Sunday too!! He was very thorough in showing me the property & amenities. Jerry gave me different options to help me stay in my budget of moving costs. Obviously I was approved & didn't end up homeless with a dog & cat, which is what I honestly thought was going to happen. Before the entire process was completed, Jerry went on vacation & was kind enough to email me my move-in costs so I knew what I would be paying & be able to get the correct funds together. I found this to be extremely helpful since it was the holidays & i was already penny pinching. I've been here a little over a week & I honestly feel at home. I'm a single female & had to move during the late hours & didn't know how safe that I would be but the security on property kept an eye on me without having to ask. Thanks again Jerry & the rest of the crew at California Palms.

Jerry De Dios was simply wonderful. From the beginning until the day that I moved in, answered all my questions. Always willing to chat concerning my needs of my apartment. The maintenance crew was excellent in their performance of the things I needed help with. I truly love living at CALIFORNIA PALMS.
