Centro is a pet-friendly, 56-unit, 6-storey modern multi-family residential apartment complex in Victoria. All suites at Centro feature stainless steel appliances (microwave, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and full-size stove) and kitchens with a minimalist-style set of cabinets, bright walls throughout the suite, and bright vinyl plank flooring. In-suite full-sized washer and dryer units are included in all suites in a separate closet. Tenants will have to pay for their BC Hydro usage, hot and cold water consumption, and chosen internet plan. Parking is fully occupied at this time, but normally available for $150.00/month and bike storage is free on a first-come, first-serve basis. We can add you to the parking waitlist if needed. Centro is also partnered with Modo and we can offer more info about our partnership and discounts for their car sharing services upon move-in. Storage lockers are also available for $50.00/month. Centro is smoke-free and pet-friendly (one pet allowed). The building is within a 1-minute walk of Quadra Village featuring Fairway Market, Cafe Fantastico, and more. It is also a five to 10-minute bus ride to Downtown Victoria, Uptown, and Mayfair Mall. *Please note the images may not match the exact layout of the advertised suite.
