Large apartment complex south of Syracuse University. The apartments seem somewhat large for the money. Many apartments have balconies, which is nice. There is a large parking lot, and some spaces for guest parking.

I lived here for about 9 months. One of the most friendly property managers and maintenance. They are kind and responsible people. Although there is just 1-2 guys for maintenance, they do their best to solve your problem asap. The units are not renovated but for the price that you pay it is really great. The heat and hot water is also included in the rent which is a great option. There is a laundry room for each building at the basement and you need coins for the washer and dryer. It's so close to Syracuse university and the shuttle stop is just 2-3 minutes walking from the complex.
