It might be one of the pricier living options in Corning, NY, but the service and quality live up to the expectations. The leasing agent and maintenance staff are kind, caring, and quick to respond. I loved just stopping to talk to them in the halls. The gym is small but efficient, and the lounge is very classy. Sometimes the parking lot fills up in the evening, but there is overflow parking across the street. If you can afford the rent, I highly recommend Academy Place.
