About UClub Binghamton
Anyone interested in living in the Vestal area (Broome County, in the Central NY area) or off campus, and/or commuting to Binghamton University? Look no further. My suite is the perfect choice for you! I currently live in a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhouse suite with three roommates. There are three rooms upstairs, and one room downstairs, with mine being upstairs, with the master bedroom. (please refer to pictures) It is very spacious, and clean. The room consists of a working desk, chair, full-size bed, locks on bedroom doors, a closet, plenty of storage space both under the bed and a large 3 drawer unit. Right across from the room is a private bathroom that has both a washer/dryer, 2 sinks, and a tub. Everything is included with the rent including water, power/utilities, cable TV, internet (which my opinion is pretty fast), Sewer, Trash pickup, On-site or 24 hour maintenance. There are two study areas, one study room, and the other study lounge within the building which is ideal place for distraction-free studying. Note - monthly rent is $814, however I'm reducing the cost of the rent to $714 for the first month.* *There are no deposit, no security fees* There is also a large academic success center (computer center) that offers free printing, and also has a billiards table, private fitness room, and arcade games all in the same building! As a person who regularly goes to the gym, there is a planet fitness conveniently located right behind the suite and also a private parking lot for residents. As for the people who are currently occupying the suite. My three roommates are very down to earth, and welcoming of anyone. Their easy to talk to, fun, outgoing, studious and respectable of your space. If anyone is interested, or would like to know more, please contact me with any additional questions or concerns.
