Speaking of outdoors... the expansive lobby and grounds includes a picturesque pool area with jacuzzi, sitting areas amidst the lobby and landscape and garden BBQ/dining areas. Feel secure with fob-accessed security entrance, 24 hour security and resident manager. Rounding out the amenities is an exercise room with equipment, Men's and Women's bathrooms with sauna and showers, an assigned, covered parking space and guest parking. Additional street parking is available. Internet and expanded Cable with VCR including HBO, Showtime and more are part of the Association perks. Electricity usage is billed to the owner by Association and then billed back to the tenant. Conveniently located to the Pali, town and transportation. Absolutely no smoking and no pets.
