Bathroom is also newly updated - clean and bright with new tile, new vanity and new fixtures. Both bedrooms are cozy and comfortable with QUEEN-sized beds, luxury linens, big closets and windows with both blinds and black-out curtains for quiet and restful sleep. Washer and dryer included in-building on the garden level and shared with other tenants. Safe off-street parking on the premises and a single stall detached garage available for $100 per month. We love pets! Cats or dogs welcome for $100 per month pet rent each. There is a fully fenced yard for your pup. All utilities, lawn care and snow removal included.
