This spacious duplex offers comfortable living with landlord-paid utilities and landscaping, making it an easy and affordable choice. If you’re looking for a simple, convenient place to call home with minimal responsibilities, this upper unit is a great fit. There will be no in person showings without an approved pre-screening questionnaire. Aggressive breeds include: pitbulls, dobermans, Rottweilers, malamutes, akitas, Staffordshire terriers, presa canarios, wolves, wolf hybrids, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone MAY NOT be moved in prior to owner approval.
