These are gorgeous townhomes with toms of space! Highly recommend these rentals!

The interiors are nice and new. Not a ton of storage space. No amenities to speak of. Virtually zero street parking due to the garage space not fitting a full size truck. Too expensive for to little imo but that’s about par for the course nowadays. The management communicates well and the online portal functions well. No hassle to sign up or fill out documents. Maintenance requests are easy to get fulfilled and done in a timely manner. Overall if it was cheaper I would recommend it but for the high price and lack of amenities it’s not worth it. The interior really wasn’t thought out that well and the appliances aren’t great but aren’t terrible. The kitchen has a lot of open space but not anywhere near enough if you have cooking appliance's.It definitely feels like a run of the mill townhome with no special features for a high price. The smart home features include a smart door lock, one smart switch, an internet connected Honeywell thermostat and a few temp sensors in the washer/dryer space.
