If this documentation is not provided, the applicant must pay a $20 credit/background check fee. Credit/background fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide proof of your monthly income.
