Black Friday Drawing
Every new lease signed between October 1 and December 10, 2025, with a move-in date in 2025, will be automatically entered into a draw for the chance to receive 12 months of free rent (up to a maximum value of $20,000).

Conditions
The prize covers rent up to a maximum of $20,000 for a 12-month period.
