Relax in the wonderful, private back yard. We are located in the Quality Hill Historic District, just down from Poet's Row and bus lines to downtown. Sorry, no pets. $1250 Rent includes water, sewer, gas, trash, and recycling. $1200 deposit. You pay electricity directly to Xcel Energy. $50 application fee per adult. $100 administrative fee at lease signing and Renters Insurance or Liability Coverage required. Garage parking may be available for $150 per month. Contact Janet at SHOCKCOR INC. at 720-937-7754 for one on one or virtual showings Monday thru Friday. Denver Rental License #2022-BFN-0016927.
