I do not understand all the negative reviews for this property, or it's staff. I have been living here for years, and I have NEVER had an issue with the old owners or the NEW. I have been treated with nothing but respect by the entire management team, and staff.. all have been great to me! In regards to the building.. the building is secure.. cameras are in place. Both key, and key fob entry exists... There are a lot of NEW updates to the building under the new management.. updated units with fresh paint, new carpeting; flooring, new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave). New carpeting, and fresh paint is also throughout the hallways.. these updates are only the beginning, as the building looks 100% better than it did 4 years ago.. a workout room, and swimming pool are also present. Each unit also comes with a covered parking spot. You are not going to live anywhere for free except on the street.. If people paid their rent on time, they wouldn't have any problems wherever they lived, and there will be no need to be posting false reviews. My longevity through TWO management companies proves that this is a great place to live, and is easily one of the top communities in the city of Fairview Park!!

Scary Stuff- Avoid at All Costs WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I DO NOT recommend living here. Pretty sure not a single person from this classless, money hungry, management company has even stepped foot into this building. While walking through the hallways, and stairwells, the constant clouds and odor of cigarettes and weed is enough to give you a headache. Or better yet, the MOLD. Some residents treat the stairwells as garbage shoots. A large bag of the most rancid smelling garbage bag was placed outside the door- and sat for two weeks. They must have been waiting for the housekeeping service to come grab it! You want fresh air from all the smells? Go ahead and step outside to the aroma of DOG POOP! Not only is it left in the courtyard, but it's also in waste bags right next to the entry ways! That's right! Residents living here are that LAZY. They pick up their dog's waste, but then just decide to drop it off next to the stairway into the building!!! It's disgusting and nasty. The best part is when nobody knows how to control their dog, or even have it on LEASH. Management will never know who it is though- since the "security cameras" are FAKE. Cars have gotten parts stolen off of them, windows broken, lots of sketchy behavior in this parking lot. And to make it even better! Theres a towing company!!!! They will come in the darkness of the night and tow cars if they do not have a parking pass on display. Crazy right! You would think this is Downtown Cleveland or something. Management promised residents that hallways were in the process of being "renovated" and that was where the lease increase money was going towards. It has not been touched- only a fresh coat of paint to cover up the mold growing throughout. Activity residential is always improving this space and amenities though! They added an "Amazon Hub". ALthough- the idiots don't realize you need WIFI in order to work it. So all of the "safe and secure" packages you can get delivered are unable to be done. Amazon hub has been sitting in the lobby taking up space for 4 months now. So the deliveries are still placed on the lobby floor and table just asking to be stolen. SUCH A JOKE. Living here really shows how nasty and lazy some people are in the world. Just observing these behaviors from some of the residents makes me absolutely nauseous thinking of how the inside of their unit looks and smells. Anyways- take it from me.... avoid unless you want to have a bitter attitude from this Randall House place.
