Honestly, office is super helpful and friendly. All service requests have been done in a timely manner. Location is perfect in my opinion, and a lovely area. Pricing is cheaper than everywhere else I’ve looked for what you get.

I have lived here for many years. Love it. First floor,pool view, great neighbors,beautiful landscapes. The people here are just like family to me. The office manager, Kendra, is always on top of things. Very professional lady. Amanda is new, but I don't know her very well , but she seems very pleasant. Maintenance is Caleb, and Justin. They are hard working , always polite. Always on the grounds and come when they are needed. I like the fact that the complex is small enough to feel like home. Sitting on my patio in the evening is enjoyable. I give them 5 stars.
