Really lovely apts. Also they come to your apt as soon as you might need for any maintaining. The grounds a super clean Enough dumpsters and emptied so no terrible odors from trash.

I've lived here for a year and the Office Manager, Casey is great. She's friendly and listens to you if you have a need or a problem. The apartment I've been in has been cozy. Yes, it is an older style, but the AC/heat works fine (at least for a 1 bedroom) and I've had very little issues with neighbors, noise or bugs. I recommend these apartments if you're looking for an affordable space to live.
