Everyone(residents) is very friendly, I had some issues in my unit an the maintenance guy came by and took care of it. Management and door man and woman are very helpful whenever needed.

I've been at Cornell Arms for a year and a half and I love it. It's apartments are small but practical. The management is amazing! They get things done in a timely manner. They have been on top of things since management changed! definitely recommend every time I get a chance. Thanks guys!!!!
