There is a new heat pump HVAC system for energy efficient cooling and heating. All brand new appliances, fixtures, flooring open floor plan with an Atrium entryway and ocean views forever from the moment you walk in to off of your huge deck. There is a hot tub and an outdoor shower for when you get home from your PRIVATE BEACH CLUB in Shorecliffs. You can be the first to live and what is equivalent to a brand new home. We are happy to show the house while completing the remodel. SHORECLIFFS BEACH CLUB SHORECLIFFS BEACH CLUB AMENITIES The Shorecliffs Beach Club property is for the exclusive use of Shorecliffs residents and their guests. INSIDE THE CLUBHOUSE: The clubhouse has a kitchen equipped with two microwaves and a refrigerator. There is a sitting area with a couch, table, sofa chairs, a fireplace, television, DVD player and audio equipment. Underneath several large windows facing the ocean is a long counter top with bar stools for whitewater viewing. Recreational equipment: basketballs, sand toys, paddle tennis paddles & balls, boogie boards, foam surfboards and skim boards, can be checked out for free at the club. The club has a ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard table and a corn hole game. WIFI: We have WiFi at the club. Password can be obtained at the club. OUTSIDE THE CLUBHOUSE: Outside amenities include two paddle tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court and a horseshoe pit. There is also a playground suitable for small children, two swings and a tetherball pole. There are outdoor surfboard racks on either side of the beach club. There is also an unheated, outdoor shower. SEASONAL AMENITIES: During the summer season, there are four large barbecue grills available for use. The partially covered patio has fourteen picnic tables, including one large family-size table. Starting after Memorial Day and continuing through October, Shorecliffs homeowners, their families and guests gather on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for evenings of BBQing and sunset dinners. This has been a highlight of the Shorecliffs Community for five decades and is a gathering place to enjoy friendships and build a strong community. RESTROOMS: The club also has two multi-stall restrooms within the club and one uni-sex restroom outside the club with a baby-changing station. The outside restroom is locked, but can be accessed year-round via the homeowner’s electronic key fob. Please note that residents and their guests must keep the door to the outside restroom closed at all times. (Door cannot be left propped open.) SECURITY: The beach club property is patrolled nightly by a private security company and has 24 hour video surveillance. ​
