Perfect for professionals, grad students, or anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the culture and convenience of downtown living. Rent includes: water/sewer. Please note: there is no washer/dryer within the apartment. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 unrelated individuals. No undergrads allowed.
