Office Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM Closed on Sundays and holidays. Lease Terms: 12-month lease (standard) 6-month and 9-month leases available for an additional fee. Parking: Free surface parking for all residents. Reserved parking may be available in select areas. Pet Policy: One-time non-refundable pet fee: $450 Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Max: 2 pets per unit. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Utilities: Water, sewer, and trash billed monthly through the tenant portal. Residents must contact Xcel Energy to transfer electricity.
