The apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer, a full-size bathroom, and a private patio for relaxing outdoors. One assigned parking space and included internet add extra convenience. Tenants are responsible for placing electric in their name. Tenants are also responsible for a monthly utility fee of $65 per person for water, sewer, and garbage which will be posted directly to their tenant ledger. One cat or dog up to 45 lbs. may be allowed with prior approval and additional fees; aggressive breeds and birds are not permitted. Assistance and support animals are welcome with approval!
