We have lived at the Ivy for over a year. We just renewed our lease. Dave, Annette, Christian, and Rachel have been awesome. There's been quite a bit of complaining about the parking but I've only had someone in my stall once in 14 months. The windows in the living room make our apartment bright and cheery. They are very pet friendly. It's so close to everything. It makes shopping easy. Having ice cream in the Cafe open twenty four hours a day has been awesome ... and fattening! A great place to live.
