I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex. We had to rent this apartment sight unseen from across the country during covid and was only intending to stay there 5 months. A year and a half later we were still there and they were very flexible. Anytime we put in a maintenance request, they came almost immediately and addressed the issue. The front desk people were so accommodating and friendly and knew us by heart. And the leasing department actually took care of anything we needed in a timely manner. It is above harris teeter and walkable to a lot of other places so you can't beat the location. I also rarely heard my neighbors. I was actually sad to leave but ultimately we bought a house. If I ever needed an apartment again I would definitely be back.

Jen Robbins is an amazing manager. The maintenance staff is efficient and friendly. The cleaners do a great job of keeping the building looking good and are very personable as well. Overall, it has been really great living here. Thank you!
