This is also a commuters dream location, with easy access to I-84 form Fienemann Road or very short drive to Route 9. The house has recently been purchased and renovated with all new paint, refinished hardwood floors, updated stainless steel appliances, and it all shines sparkling clean. The best part of the house is the extra spacious eat-in kitchen. If you love to cook or host holidays, this is the kitchen space you have been seeking. The space doesn’t seem to end. There is also a new subway tile backsplash, granite counters, a stunning tile floor, and a laundry closet. YES! You have your own laundry in your unit! All three bedrooms are above average size and there is a naturally bright living room that faces the front of the house with southern exposure. There are built-in air conditioners and each room has its own temperature control thermostat (electric) making it more affordable by being able to tailor the heat to the rooms you are using. The exterior of the house does not look or feel like a multi-family. It has an attractive front stone stair case that took an entire quarry to find all that stone!
