The community is in the boundaries for Keizer Elementary School, Claggett Middle School and McNary High School. We are pet friendly! An additional pet security deposit of $300 is required. Qualified aid animals are allowed as may be required by ADA and Fair Housing Laws. A utility bill back to partially cover the ever-escalating costs for water & sewer and for garbage will be established. Residents in a one-bedroom pay $25 for water/ sewer, and $15 for garbage. Residents in a two-bedroom pay $35 for water/sewer, and $15 for garbage. Residents in a three-bedroom pay $45 for water/sewer, and $15 for garbage.
