The Home Individual bedrooms available in a 5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home. The common areas of the house are fully furnished with new or gently used furniture throughout, including a couch, coffee table, and 42" TV in the living room. The kitchen will have 2 refrigerators, a table, and chairs. There's a huge deck in front of the house that serves as a perfect place to relax outside after a long day. The kitchen and bathrooms will be professionally cleaned every 2 weeks, so no need to worry about messy housemates! The Location The location of this house is incredible!! Located right on Main St, it's a short 5 minute walk from all the best Main St restaurants and bars. It's also close to Michigan's central campus at less than a mile to the business and law schools. The Rooms Bedrooms are all good size, with 2 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. Each floor has one full bathroom. Bedrooms are unfurnished, but can be optionally furnished with a bed, brand new mattress, desk, chair, and dresser for an additional $50 per room per month. Features: Bi-weekly cleaning service Off-street Parking Dishwasher Furnished Large front porch Spacious Lawn Washer/Dryer in basement Note that the second first floor bedroom is currently being used as an extended living room. There are doors on either side that can be closed, and this will be furnished as a bedroom.
