Hardwood floors run throughout the apartment and combined with the high ceilings, the apartment has very spacious feel with five above average size rooms. The front common rooms are open to each and offer a flexible layout, with the possibility of making the front room a third bedroom. Otherwise, these two rooms would make a desirable entertaining space with a sought-after open layout. The two other bedrooms on are the opposite side of the apartment and offer privacy and separation from the common rooms. These two bedrooms are split by an updated bathroom. A big surprise with the apartment is the newly renovated bathroom that feels likes it’s out of a hotel! It has a new vanity, easy-to-clean fiberglass shower, lots of lights, shelving, and a new vinyl plank floor. The spotless kitchen offers space for a table and a walk-in pantry. There is also a new ceiling fan and new sink counter that was recently installed. This apartment is on the second floor of a three-family house. One of the best parts of the apartment is HEAT is included! This is a great price for a clean and spacious apartment with electric being the ONLY utility the tenant is responsible for. Snow, landscaping, water, heat, trash, are all paid by the owner. The property is also under new professional management. This West End location is a popular location because it boarders West Hartford and offers the best of both worlds being ten minutes from the very popular West Hartford Center and all the favorites of the West End like Elizabeth Park.
