This unit has laundry in the basement for tenant use and the unit is equipped with a dishwasher. Owners pay for Cold Water & Sewer. Tenants are responsible for Electricity, Heat & Hot Water (natural gas) and Cable/Internet if desired. The owners also provide seasonal yard clean up as well as snow removal. 24/7 On-Call Maintenance should any emergencies occur. This is a pet-friendly building for responsible pet-owners with an additional pet rent ($30/cat & $50/dog). Security Deposit (equal to 1 month’s rent) due at acceptance/lease signing.
